Historically Active Document Report

I saw a recent support article indicating we can submit a ticket to get a list of active documents for a specified time frame. What is the turn-around time on this? Additionally, this is a very frequent practice we perform due to numerous legal requests. We currently have to run the active and retired reports, filter, and combine which is tedious and error prone. Is there any plans to have the ability to run the same report the support team can perform so we can do this independently?

I didn’t even know it was an available service so I wonder if other customers are manually performing this process as we have.
